Steve & Nikki’s Mountain Adventure Session

Rain in the forecast….to postpone or not!  I swear 9 times out of 10 when we push engagement

sessions due to the rain it doesn’t actually rain! It was forecasting rain this night but we said

let’s shoot anyway! I packed my clear umbrellas and we headed to the mountains for their

adventure engagement session!  We only got about 10 minutes of shooting in until the rain

started, and we kept shooting but then it really started and we had to pause for a bit and hide

under our umbrellas. We hiked in slightly to the location and we could see the blue sky just beside the rain

clouds so we waited for the rain to stop.  It seems like a good plan until after and we realized the back of

Steve’s pants were a completely different colour cause they were wet…whoops. Did not think that

one through ha ha!  Luckily they had an outfit change so we did some more poses in outfit one and I posed

to hide it a bit and then they changed into their more casual outfit and we got some beautiful post

rain light to finish off their session. These two are planning a destination wedding…I secretly wish

I was the one to be going with them to photograph ha ha!  I can not wait to see their photos!
