How did you hear about RBP?

I’ve been following Monica on Instagram for a while as I just follow some photographers

out of enjoyment. one of my girlfriends was going in for her second session so I started to really get

interested in booking my own session when she told me about how amazing her experiences

with Monica had been. Prior to contacting Monica, I think I stood in the mirror and told myself you

can do this about 10 times in a row to psyche myself up. Turns out that wasn’t needed, Monica’s replies to all

my questions (and sadly, insecurities) were so kind and made me feel confident in

wanting to work with her.

Why did you book a boudoir session?

I booked my session for two reasons, one being a Christmas gift for my partner. He loves

my boobs and butt and I felt that he deserved to have them in beautiful photos. The second was

that I had had a baby about a year prior, and quite honestly was struggling with my body

image and self worth. I was hoping that the session would help me to see my old self again

in this new baby makin body.

Also, let’s be honest, 2020 was the year that we could’ve gone Through an apocalypse.

I wanted to make sure that my peach bottom would be marked down in history for people to discover in

the future when they learned about it. My peach bottom deserves it.

Do you remember what drew you to Monica’s style ?

I love everything about Monicas style! I love that it’s classy yet sexy yet sultry. The moody lighting,

the poses and everything made me book. And honestly, I really wanted to meet Sammy.

How did you feel leading up to the session?

Incredibly nervous! I was so nervous, self-conscious, really questioning my decision.

I emailed Monica several times to say should I do this, I have a mom bod! Is that even worth photographing?

Luckily, she reassured me that I was going to have an amazing time and my

body was gonna look smoking hot.

How did you feel during the session?

Honestly, like I was hanging out with a really good friend. I had no problem being

in lingerie in front of her, I had no problem getting into the shower in front of her! Monica is so

easy-going and it’s so able to make the experience feel comfortable and like you’ve done this

1 million times. I remember telling her that I had not felt that confident since

well before I had my baby.

How did seeing your final images make you feel?

When I saw them, I could not stop looking. I sent Monica a LOT of texts saying “how dare

you make me look this amazing!! It should be illegal!” I spent a solid three days periodically

looking at those pictures and not doing much else. I still look at them at LEAST daily.

I had no idea that I could still look sexy and so hot. It really made me feel confident

and gave me a bit of a Beyoncé vibe for a while.

If this was for a gift, what did your significant other day about your photos? did they have a favorite

pose or outfit?  If it was a gift to yourself did you have a favorite pose, image or area of the studio?

Oh my gosh, I am pretty sure his heart stopped for a minute. Every picture he was wide-eyed and

speechless. Every page she turned in the book I got was like kid in a candy shop.

And seeing his reaction to it made me feel even more confident and like I was sexy.

His favourite pose is actually my favourite pose and I got it printed in large for his office.

I’m holding my hair facing away with some naughty lingerie and honestly I feel like

I look amazing. Luckily, so does he!

What would you say to friends thinking about doing a boudoir session?

Yes yes yes! Do it! You need to see your boobs looking amazing and your butt look like

a juicy peach. You deserve it!!!!
